Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026
These terms apply to purchases made on store.qhkly.com. Placing an order and paying means you accept them.
1. What this site does
This site sells and bills the WebClaw family of software: it takes orders and payment, grants and revokes entitlements, and handles purchase-related support.
What each product does, and the terms for using the software itself, are covered on that product's own site or in the app.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a shared account (auth.qhkly.com), and entitlements are granted to that account.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email and credentials secure.
3. Scope of your license
A purchased license is for you, or a single user you designate.
You may not resell, rent, or share a license, or work around the licensing and billing mechanism in any way.
What a lifetime or perpetual license includes is defined by the page you bought it on. It does not automatically include products or capabilities added later.
4. Prices and payment
The amount shown on the page is the amount payable. Prices in CNY are settled through WeChat Pay; prices in USD are settled through Creem, which acts as merchant of record for that transaction and may collect applicable taxes for your location.
Exchange rates and cross-border fees are set by your card issuer or payment provider and are outside our control.
We may change prices and plan structures. Changes do not retroactively affect time and entitlements you have already purchased.
5. Subscriptions, renewal and refunds
Monthly and yearly plans settled through Creem are auto-renewing subscriptions and can be cancelled at any time from your account page.
The full rules for refunds, cancellation and the guarantee window are in the Refund Policy.
6. Availability and liability
The software and services are provided as is. We work to keep them available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or lost-profit damages, and our liability for any product is capped at the amount you actually paid for that product.
7. Misuse and termination
We may suspend or revoke entitlements, without refund, in cases of abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, or circumvention of the licensing mechanism.
8. Changes and contact
If these terms change we update the date at the top of this page, and material changes are announced on the site.
Questions about these terms go through the Contact page.
