About your balance
- · Balance never expires and is never converted: top up in CNY and it is shown and spent in CNY; the same for USD.
- · Within a currency the earliest top-up is spent first. With both, the older one goes first.
- · A refund claws that top-up back. Anything already spent takes the balance negative, and it must be covered before you can spend again.
- · Balance pays for metered models and services only. A product's own subscription is billed separately.
