Privacy Policy

Account data: your email, your shared-account id, and the display name and avatar you set on the login service.

Order and entitlement data: order number, product and plan purchased, amount and currency, payment time, entitlements granted and license keys issued.

Identifiers returned by the payment provider: the transaction reference and the payer identifier (openid for WeChat Pay, customer id for Creem). We never see or store your full card number, CVV or payment password — those are handled by the payment provider directly.

Technical logs: IP address, request times and API calls, used for troubleshooting, reconciliation and abuse prevention.

Transactions settled in USD are processed by Creem outside mainland China, and the related order data is transferred to its servers. CNY transactions are processed domestically by WeChat Pay.

Order, entitlement and refund records are kept long term as transaction and tax records.

Technical logs are kept for the shortest period needed for troubleshooting and security.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, other than transaction records we are legally required to keep.

This site sets two cookies: the login session (store_session) and your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE). Neither is used for advertising or tracking.
